    وَٱسۡتَعِینُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِیرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلۡخَـٰشِعِینَ

    Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded
