Why there is no text yet
Writing eight plausible steps for wudu onto this page would take a second, and putting a link to Diyanet underneath would make them read as sourced. They would not be. Somebody following the link would find an authority that never said it — which is worse than an obvious fabrication, because it looks right until it is checked. NUR does not do that: every step of a guide is recorded together with where in the named work it came from, and one step without a source refuses the whole guide.
What it is waiting on
The Diyanet İlmihali is a copyrighted work. Quoting it at length inside a product is republishing it, and being visible on the web is not permission. So the next step is not an engineering one: either that permission is obtained, or NUR cites a work whose licence already allows it. Until then this page stays empty and says so.
